Glenn Kiernan_Founder

A multi award-winning designer with over 20 years experience in global brand and brand packaging design. Glenn has been Creative Director at some of the world’s leading agencies such as jkr, and of late Cowan Australasia. He’s an advocate of the power of creativity to inspire change, and his work has defined the face of modern consumer brands across a plethora of categories, for clients such as Diageo, Bacardi, Unilever, EMI, British Airways, T-Mobile, Mars, Molton Brown, Moët & Chandon, Boots Pharmaceutical, Speedo and most recently Tabcorp and Carlton & United Breweries. In 2007 he co-founded the acclaimed We are Him+Her, a London based creative agency focused on building brands and positioning them for success through strong strategic thinking and beautifully executed design.

Over the years Glenn has coached global bluechip business on the power of design and has had papers published across the world, written articles for publications such The Guardian, Monocle, Eye magazine and Creative Review and is a member of the International Society of Typographic Designers.

Ruth Galloway_Founder

A brand strategist, thinker, and creator with over 17 years experience within the creative industry. Having helped shape and define some of the worlds leading and iconic companies, in 2007 she co-founded We are Him+Her, a London based creative agency focused on building brands and positioning them for success through strong strategic thinking and inspiring, effective design. Building an impressive global and local client list including the likes of Unilever, Lansinoh, and Tesco, the business was acquired in 2013. Ruth relocated to Sydney bringing her extensive experience, intuitive sympathy for the retail shopper and enthusiasm for the ever changing retail landscape to help guide some of the cities leading agencies.

Ruth is passionate about problem solving and working collaboratively with clients to instigate change. Over the years Ruth has presented seminars on trends, insights and futures, and recently sat on the international judges panel for the Vertex awards




Craig Burrows_Creative

An award winning designer with over 13 years experience working across both brand and retail sectors. Craig has worked with some of London and Australia’s top design agencies such as Bluemarlin, Coley Porter Bell and Smith & Milton. While at Bluemarlin, Craig was the lead creative on the brand creation of Nestle Purina Petlife which was awarded a Silver DBA design effectiveness award, the first time a NSW agency had won a DBA award. He is passionate about creating brands with meaningful and relevant stories for the consumer, whilst challenging creative boundaries with solid strategic thinking and bold ideas.

He has worked on branding projects with clients both big and small including RBK, Unilever, Pernod Ricard, Wells & Youngs, Cussons, Nestle Purina, Sanofi Aventis, Schweppes, Nestle, Sainsbury’s & Woolworths. He also has a passion for working with the small companies and start up brands, such as Embleton Hall Dairies (Uk) and The Culture Guys. A keen advocate for the future of the creative industry, Craig has a strong involvement with several Australian colleges where he gives talks on branding, participates in briefings, critiques work and provides guidance on establishing a career within the design industry.

Stuart Duxbury is an obsessive believer in the power of design to build, grow and protect brands and the businesses that own them. With over a decade in client services for leading agencies such as jkr, he has worked on creative strategy and agency management with some of world’s most recognisable brand owners including Mondelez, Diageo, AB Inbev, Unilever and GSK as well as Goodman Fielder, Tabcorp, CUB and Sanofi Aventis closer to home.

In recent years Stuart has helped secure dba awards for effective design with Diageo and GSK as well as supporting programmes for client development in brand planning, design strategy and effective agency communication.
